    Another great addition from Liggy Webb. Empathy is such a gift and this book provides Insight and guidance. Empathy is so helpful, as we all need to be able to show empathy to have positive relationships throughout our lives. This is a particularly useful for newly appointed managers to help build trust and rapport. with their colleagues.
