    Marilyn Wright – 02-May-2020

Another brilliant book from Liggy Webb. It may be bite-size, but ‘Wellbeing’ is packed with lots of self-care techniques and lifestyle changes you can get started on straight away. Affirming quotes are scattered throughout, together with to-the-point advice to help you manage your physical and mental health. You’ll finish the book with a better understanding of how to look after yourself and your overall wellbeing. Great to read cover-to-cover then keep nearby to dip into when you need a wellbeing boost.

    All of these
bite sized books are full of Pearl’s of wisdom. The quotes are inspirational and resonant with the reader. The advice and health benefits are well linked. This new book Wellbeing is a valuable resource for me to offer all colleagues, as the book encompasses the broad subject. I know it will be well received and appreciated especially at this difficult time.

Work is what you make it. Reading this sentence was like an awakening for me and made me aware of what I can do to help myself to change my attitude towards work. I really enjoy Liggy’s style: clear, direct and inspiring.

Dr Hussain Ahmed MBE

It is so important that organisations look after their people. This book really does work wonders – entertaining, interesting and most of all very useful in helping people to get the best out of what they do – the perfect workplace handbook!

Stella LeighSales Commission Manager, Royal Mail

These books are great, obviously lots of research behind the scenes, have been put into the books, but easy to read and so helpful with lots of great hints and tips. Very engaging.

A bitesized book by Liggy Webb is just enough to make the day a treat

Sharon FrostGlobal HR Director, Oxford PharmaGenesis

Liggy Webb’s bite-sized books have been a great addition to our L&D strategy, helping our colleagues to understand first-hand that learning really can happen in the time it takes to drink a cuppa. Whether it’s a golden nugget of new insight or providing the motivation to have that much needed conversation to bring about positive change.

Charles FrisbyProgramme Manager - United Nations - Mine Action Service

Liggy Webb’s ‘Resilience’ is yet another very great work by the author. I appreciate Liggy Webb’s style of writing in that she avoids any unnecessary technical language. She conveys with clear words and examples the concept of resilience. With regards to my field of work (peacekeeping and humanitarian mine action) , I find ‘Resilience’ to be highly relevant.

James SavvaDiversity and Inclusion Program Manager - House of Commons

Liggy’s approach to wellbeing and resilience is effective and incredibly accessible giving her work a universal edge. Her natural warmth, empathy and kindness is engaging, and her ability to break what can be an overwhelming topic into digestible and practical tips is a gift I am extremely grateful to have experienced.

Matthew PerkinsDigital Learning Manager, Mencap

Relevant, engaging, well presented and meaningful

Lauren RogersGlobal Training Manager - Deutschebank

I have had the pleasure of listening to Liggy present on a number of occasions. Her communication style has been well-judged for her various audiences and her relaxed yet professional style has helped others to feel able to contribute to the topics in hand.

Jonathan Kettleborough  Senior Lecturer, Information Systems Strategy, Manchester Metropolitan University

If books were like coffee, then most would be a large cappuccino; oversized, with foam, sprinkles and syrup – good to look at but difficult to digest.  On the other hand, Liggy’s books are like an espresso; perfectly short and balanced while at the same time delivering outstanding content and experience.
