    This booklet is a great resource, not only does it highlight the changes for women, but it’s at a level that provides awareness for families, colleagues and managers.
    It goes into enough detail to share what happens, but without preaching or dismissing one treatment over another.
    Menopause, until recently, has been largely ignored, or has been subjected to a lot of misinformation, but the impact on women’s lives and their families and work can be dramatic and life changing.
    As an introduction to menopause, this is highly recommended!
