The theme for 2026, set by the Mental Health Foundation is “Action”. This was chosen to emphasise that while awareness is essential, real change requires taking practical steps to support mental health for ourselves and others.

This light and thought-provoking webinar provides some simple and easy to apply tips that will help to boost our mental health and provide the foundation for living a balanced and fulfilling life.
