This is a very apt term for how some people may be feeling right now and stands for “Fear of going out”.

The prospect of socialising again may well be overwhelming and create feelings of anxiety as we step into the unknown.

With so much time spent communicating virtually the concept of being face to face again with people in the workplace may also be a daunting prospect.

As we start to emerge from restrictions we have been living under for months I have been involved with a bite-sized programme for the BBC.

So here are a few simple tips on ways to rebuild relationships…
